Absolutely HORRIBLE. Every time to drop off a simple package for amazon return it takes at LEAST 25 mins in line. One person works while the second walks around.

Very pathetic Canada Post service. Literally playing monopoly here.
They updated in the system that item addressee not available.
however we were available at home during that period and they didnt bother calling or texting just put the delivery notice at the mail room.
This is not acceptable. You should improve your service.

Hi Management TeamOn Tuesday Jan 18th I was trying to drop off a pkg to Shoppers post office. I approached the front desk and I was treated rudely and with no respect. I know it was a FedEx label as I was informed by the Government website to drop it off at any shoppers store.I tried to explain to her that the website as its misleading but no luck as she was interrupting my conversationTo make this experience even worst she told me "Cant you read the sign".You might think I am not from this country but for sure I can read and just to let you know been here for only 20 years.Hope it reaches the management teamThanks
