We liked how the assistant helped us choose a jacket for my wife. She also helped us choose a T-shirt for me. According to the company's policy, since this is a very expensive jacket for $ 800, we were not allowed to carry it with us, they said that it would be at the checkout, but when we came to the checkout, it was a complete misunderstanding and disappointment - the jacket was lying on the floor at the cashier, it got dirty. Explain to me what kind of company policy is this, when an item worth $ 800 is not allowed to be carefully carried, but instead wipes the cashier's floor with it? We did not make a scandal, but next time I will think twice about whether I should buy something here, and if they say that I cannot carry something with me, then I will probably prefer to leave the store immediately

This store is a complete joke. Absolutely ZERO customer service. I had some brand new items that I was trying to return (about a week old) but did not have a receipt for as the cashier did not give me one at time of purchase. I had to fill out a 'lost receipt' form at customer service so they could try and look up my purchase in the system. After a week of not hearing back, I decided to call back and the form I filled out was somehow lost and nowhere to be found. I then had to fill out another form which I supplied them with the exact date/time of purchase and my debit card number. After another day of waiting I get a call back saying they cannot find my transaction and the 'customer service' worker was asking if I was sure that was the card I used. Well yes I'm sure as it is on my bank statement...how is it that this cannot be located in the system? This is ridiculous that I cannot return my items and nobody wants to help at all.
For someone who has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars here and to be treated this way is absolutly mind blowing. I hope this place goes out of buisness. You guys just lost all of my future buisness and I'm hoping I can redirect my friends elsewhere too. Maybe you should train your employees to be a little better with customers as well, when I told the little boy on the phone that I would not be shopping here anymore the response I got was 'ok see ya'

Excellent experience! Super helpful sales clerk made getting hunting licenses easy. Ordered two igloo ice chest on line which we picked up after flying in for a hunting trip. Saved on baggage charge. Brought back our birds! Everything you need for the outdoors is here.
