Most employees seem to be really rude, you don't have to ask about my day or whatever, but at least give customers a smile and maybe make eye contact. When I go there, there is at least one worker who's really not in the mood, lol.

Used to love Bluenotes. The store isn’t what it once was. Not as great of selections or items to find. Store was messy, garbage on the floor and shelves, men’s t shirt shelves were very empty and what was there, was thrown all over the place. Maybe they were just waiting for restocking :)
Anyways 3-4 employees behind the till area, and at least one on the floor. No one greeted us or asked if we needed help or anything. Customer service very lacking.

Horrible costumer service, Asian girl on cash was so rude and was yelling while talking we had to call the manager and the manager was so rude we had to record over conversation. I don't know if they would have district manager or the store owner to contact because I really don't wanna shop there anymore very disappointed

‘Management’ at Market Mall is lacking in professionalism, communication and what I would describe as even basic customer service skills. I would describe the interactions with this individual as appalling and similar to dealing with a spoiled 13 year old child. I understand it may be challenging in today’s market to find skilled and quality employees, but settling for this level of employee is unbelievable. Bluenotes, you can do better and should do better. At bare minimum you should be providing appropriate training, mentorship and close oversight for those inept individuals you do put in positions of management as it was obvious that this individual did not possess any of the skills to effectively perform her duties. In today’s economy combined with online options, customers have more choices and are making their choices more carefully. I am choosing to spend my money elsewhere in the future.

I went to buy jeans for myself and I was looking for my size.
The Asian guy rudely asked me to move my baby's stroller.
And then I had jean in my hand he asked me to put it back if I don't need.
And then after 2-3 minutes I saw he and 2 other asian employees were watching me and talking in a group.
One of the worst bluenotes location I've been to.

Love the Staff! When I couldn’t decide which present to give my BF this tall cute Asian guy went up to me helped me find the perfect fit and size for him. He was very helpful and informative about the store.

Saw the buy one get one free sign so I went in. Talk about being followed and watched by the Asian guy and the other employees. Can’t even buy my boyfriend a few shirts without all eyes on me. Got asked twice if I need help as if I can’t comprehend shirt sizes or styles.

God awful service workers. I got a coupon texted to me after I left and went to use it. The lady was so rude she wouldn’t talk to me and the man took over and he also was so rude. They talked about me in their language while I was right there. I use to buy from there all the sudden, I will not be going back. They don’t even greet people when the come in. I’m so upset. Boycotting forsure.
