We purchased in cash a Bosch dish washing machine, 1 month a go, we also purchased the 5 Year warranty, old dishwasher removal, new dish washer installed, the delivery guys showed up that could barely speak English, few Punjabi workers, refused to deliver the old dish washing machine, further more we have had to reschedule at Best Buy, then the technician for the installation calls in at 8pm says ohh we were supposed to install a dishwasher for you tomorrow, but we are booked til October 28th so he simply was asking for us to agree to he’s schedule but we will no longer work with Best Buy jokers as they never initially mentioned to us a month ago that the delivery is a delivery and the installation team is another team …

I upgraded my phone from iPhone 14 plus to Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and when I got the phone everything was supposedly transferred to my new phone until I got home and found out my messages only went back 1 month. I had my cell phone number for 10 years so was worried they would be lost forever so I went back to the store to see what they could do to help. At first the employees were not very understanding nor willing to help but I suggested that if they still had the iPhone in store, we could try to back it up and transfer again. I was then helped by Jonathan (unsure of spelling) and he was wonderful and helpful. I did have to come back to the store 3 times in 3 days because I had so many messages and the process took a long time. I was very happy to find that there actually was a possibility to get all my SMS back and onto my new phone.
I am very happy with my new phone and happy it didn't turn into resentment if my messages were not available anymore. Again, shoutout to Jonathan at the Preston crossing store for how helpful and understanding he was and actually took my concern seriously. Thank you!!!!

**Unprofessional and Unwelcoming Experience with Hassan**
I recently visited the Best Buy store, and unfortunately, my interaction with one of the sales representatives, Hassan, was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, Hassan’s demeanor was **unwelcoming** and **unprofessional**. He seemed **unaware** and **uninterested** in providing any assistance, making me feel as though my presence and inquiries were a bother. For your information the store was empty not crowded also.
Not only did he lack basic customer service skills, but it was clear that Hassan had little knowledge about the mobile device I was asking about. He was unable to answer simple questions and didn’t even make an effort to find someone who could help me. His attitude made me feel like I wasn’t worthy of proper service, leaving me feeling upset and frustrated for the rest of the day.
Customer service should make a person feel valued, but Hassan’s behavior left me questioning if I should even shop at Best Buy again. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers, as no one should leave a store feeling the way I did. Being working myself as a customer service representative and a manager myself this is a basic thing to value a customer .
My review addresses only to Mr. Hassan's lack of professionalism while conveying how it impacted my overall experience.

Nikhil was great to deal with, I was about to leave to purchase a laptop at staples when Nikhil asked me if I needed any help. I informed him that I was previously helped by another employee and unfortunately the laptop I was interested in was not in stock. Rather than offer an apology, Nikhil asked me which laptop I was interested in as he could possibly find one with similar specs. Nikhil found several laptops with similar specs, after informing him of my requirements (brand, features, etc..) we found a laptop that was similarly price to the laptop i was interested in and had better specs. Had it not been for him, I would have left the store and purchased a lower spec laptop at one of your competitors. I tried to fill out the review on my receipt but unfortunately accidently refreshed the screen and wasn't able to reenter my receipt code ..

They don’t even help you with warranty and give you lies and you can’t even get someone to do ur warranty or even get someone on phone for warranty what a rip off I never buy anything from this store again worst customer service experience

Ferdi, Johnathan, Fahad were amazing. 10 out of 10 service. They were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I would totally recommend anyone who needs a cell phone go and see them!!!

I went to buy apple pencil pro and the people working at best buy preston ave, saskatoon did not know where it was, i told them they are in the cage after they gave me a whole round of store and then the cashier did not know how to do student picing, i had to tell her about proce match and show apple website on my phone. Then i told her to print both email and paper receipt but she only gave me the paper reciept to just get over with her job fast. No thank you or sorry even after all that. I did not say anything to them but will never go back there.

Disappointing and Discriminatory Customer Service Experience
I recently purchased an iPhone 15 Pro from Best Buy, spending over $1800, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by the associate named Mandhavya. From the start, we were made to wait for 25 minutes without any updates or communication. When we asked for help again, he responded rudely and even brought the wrong color phone. Instead of promptly correcting his mistake, he chose to chat with a colleague away from us, further delaying the purchase process.
When Mandhavya went to speak with his colleague, the colleague made a deliberate effort to overhear our conversation with the team leader, Ashraf, who was apologetic and professional. This colleague rolled his eyes at us twice—once during our conversation with Ashraf and again when we were at checkout. I felt violated, racially discriminated against, and judged, as though they assumed we could not afford the purchase we had come in for.
We could have bought the same iPhone 15 Pro at the same price from an Apple store, but we chose to shop at Best Buy. After this experience, however, we will be taking our business elsewhere and will not visit this store again. The lack of professionalism, respect, and common courtesy was shocking, especially when making such an important purchase. I hope Best Buy takes this feedback seriously to prevent such negative and discriminatory experiences for other customers in the future.

Went to pickup an online order that was already paid for and was told the order was canceled. The payment still has not been returned to me.I was told should take 2or 3 days and if not returned to call my bank. That was the wrong information. I was offered to but the one they had in the store , obviously I refused as I already had paid for the product. Their system needs to be fixed!

Was buying a new headset and mouse and asked if the headset will work for my Xbox series s and he said yep it will work anything with Bluetooth will work so I got it and it doesnt even work when plugged into my Xbox

Went to mobile and spent several minutes there. Been stared at and not welcomed. Had to ask Fahad for help and he did make eye contact; however, very quiet. Didn't smile at all and didn't make me feel welcome at the store. Didn't thank me for my business nor welcome me to return. Didn't even try upgrading my phone either. I made my purchase and left only to be stared at by the lady by the exit like I was Shoplifting.
Generally American businesses that focus only on hiring foreign nationals who prioritize their own or hire based on affirmative action take a big drop in quality service and often don't adapt well. You have to lower expectations for them to employ them and fill in spots and most will accept the bare minimum wage. We also have the worst applicants getting the job anyways. (not all places are like this but most of the time this is the case and why our country's workforce quality is quite underwhelming).
BestBuy store manager, do better.

Best Buy Preston whenever I go there , never get disappointed. I appreciate the customer services staff specially team lead-Risha who helped me very patiently and after me when I have seen her how she was helping others customer who were really mad on her and the way ,she was dealing customer patiently without any frustration on her face, I never seen any staff to dealt with ever.Undoubtedly Excellent customer services
