Took Jeep in to get rear window defrost fixed. Dealer charged $100 to diagnose issue but blamed problem on rear glass and that I needed to go to a glass shop for the window replacement. Took to glass shop and glass shop advised that the fuse was blown (you would think the service department would have caught that). Changed the fuse and it blows again. Glass shop blames the dealer, dealer blames the glass shop. So, it cost $100 and nothing got fixed. Seems like very poor service from the dealership when they pass the buck. If you take a vehicle into get something fixed you'd think that they would fix it, not take $100 and pass the buck. In talking to the service manager, he only said, "that's too bad". Certainly not the level of service I'd expect from a Manufacturer's dealership). I cannot recommend this service department based on this experience.

My experience at Auto Clearing was fantastic. Paul my salesman has superior customer service. The process of buying the car was so easy and fast. Paul even called me a couple of days after I bought my car to see how it was going. Even with the building under construction all the staff were very friendly. I will definitely tell my family and friends to go to see Paul.

SG was a great salesperson who pushed to get the deal completed. A little slow as there was a pending deal on the vehicle which was out of the salesperson’s hands. Once the deal was complete, the dealership was efficient and I’m very pleased with my vehicle. All parties involved did a good job. Other than the extra wait time due to the pending deal, I would have rated 5 stars.

I will NEVER trust Tod and Shaun in this bodyshop ever again.
Gave this auto body shop my car to repair with SGI claim and severe damages underneath the car as run over concrete barrier. Asked them that the sooner it is repaired the better as paying for rent. They said it would make it safe to drive and put it back on the road. Waited 1.5 months from July 23. Periodically called to check on status. Then they called and said that almost everything is done, it is safe to drive but minor parts like the front bumper and dented exhaust muffler connector pipe have not arrived yet , it is half a day's work. I said ok, and asked if everything underneath the car was all done and safe to drive to Winnipeg. He said it is absolutely safe to drive to Winnipeg with my family and come back. Then I took the car and we agreed that I would come back once parts arrive. 3 days before my trip it started making squeaking noises, took the car back to bodyshop, the mechanic just listened and said it is strut mounts in 5 min without lifting the car in car park. I trusted them and decided to have it fixed in Winnipeg in the dealership under the new car's warranty.
I was SHOCKED when the Chevrolet dealership showed me the condition underneath the car, and the sound was coming from there. nothing to do with strut mounts. Front part and subframe damages, front control arms and so on are not even taken off for inspection, all the marks are still there , nothing is done to fix the front part. Some parts like subframe, protection braces on rail on driver side are not even in estimate , but they marked as damaged . I called SGI and explained. But the shop told SGI that they warned me about safety problems and it is my fault as I asked to fix my car asap. SGI decided to trust the bodyshop of course. So bodyshop sort of did a favour for me by giving the car that can crash anytime and assured me it is safe to drive to Winnipeg with my family and little kids. And SGI also said it is my fault to ask for the car fixed asap and agree to drive and the shop tried to help me. It does not make any sense. NOBODY told me that the car is in a disastrous condition and it is absolutely unsafe to drive. I even drove to them complaining about the noise before driving , still they did not tell me anything . Moreover, SGI said that they want me to pay for restocking fees if an auto body shop in Winnipeg orders parts separately . BUT It was the decision of SGI to have it fixed in Winnipeg, they could have towed it to Saskatoon as well, but they did not tow it. Also SGI did not renew registration in Winnipeg although I am allowed for 3 months out of province registration after moving out of Saskatchewan. They said it is because I am no longer a Saskatchewan resident. They also refused to cover my rental since this car is not safe to drive because of the poor work done by the SGI accredited Auto Clearing body shop. Now paying out my pocket for travelling around.
The photos of the car they gave me as "safe to drive".
They will probably reply saying again that they actually helped. Not sure what is the help here putting my family at risk giving me the car like this and not telling me anything.
Now the car is in Winnipeg in another auto body shop, and still negotiating with SGI to have it fixed. Let's see what is going to happen. Will update the outcome. my contact email :

I had a disappointing experience with salesperson Mark Andrei at Auto Clearing Jeep & Ram Centre. When I inquired about the Carfax report for a vehicle, he seemed skeptical and made a comment like, " you seem untrusting from the beginning, like you didn’t believe me that it was brand new." I didn’t say whether I believe anything or not—I simply requested information. I just asked for the Carfax report. A car can get into an accident even a day or an hour after being bought, or after driving only a few kilometers. Just because it has low mileage doesn’t mean nothing has happened to it.
I had simply noticed some potential scratches in a video of the car and asked if they were scratches or just dirt, which is a reasonable question for any interested buyer. Instead of addressing the issue directly, he responded, "It could be. In that case, why are you still messaging me?" If you were buying a car and saw something like that, wouldn’t you ask the same? I feel like his response is was starting to sound negative, and non happy, which isn’t helpful ?
I was genuinely interested in the car, but his responses came across as unprofessional and dismissive. I expect better communication when considering such a significant purchase, and unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression about Auto Clearing Jeep & Ram Centre.
