Poor after sales service. I regret the day I bought an Audi.
Didn’t take responsibility to the damage done to my car when it went for servicing.
Second time took it for tyre swap, they had the vehicle all day, didn’t contact me to come and pick up. When I called they had closed down the dealership. I went anyways, to get my car as I had an early morning appointment at the doctors. The service staff had already left just one salesperson at the dealership, who handed me the keys and said he didn’t know anything about the problem.
DO NOT GO TO AUDI.

Great Service, Would recommend to anyone buying a car and or getting your Audi serviced here. see below for my experience.
I have recently purchased a 2012 Audi A7 this past year and as it was purchased out of province and privately I sometimes have my reservations about taking it to local dealers or places to get fixed. This specific time was my first at Audi Saskatoon and just as simple as getting my key lock nuts removed and put in regular lug nuts because my lock key was stripped. From the moment I called to just enquire to see what would it cost to get a new lock key for my wheels I was completely impressed by the parts department as he didn't try to sell me a new key nut for $200.00 but after quick discussion was just decided to take the car into them to remove it and put in the regular bolts. Now in my head with no appointment I was expecting to have to wait especially since I did not purchase the car new from them, I was told that I can bring my car in that day within the hour and they'd have me out quickly and at no charge if they didn't encounter issues.
This was shocking to myself as I have seen other shops in Saskatoon try to take advantage of me just for owning an Audi which now I have been meticulous about where I take my car to be serviced. I had my reservations about Audi Saskatoon also as I felt Id have good service but be charged for every little thing.. but I was pleasantly surprised to see this wasn't the case especially for an Audi owner with no affiliation to Saskatoon's dealership. From bringing the car into them I was greeted with knowing why I was there and promptly told to pull my car into the bay and after exiting the car was escorted to the lounge and offered a coffee/latte/water etc, where I was also informed they'd come grab me as soon as they were done. While waiting I was greeted by other staff which was warm and inviting while also waiting I noticed a Customer walk in to simple have a coffee and a staff member promptly helped him with a coffee and chatted there for a bit with him now while he didn't look interested in the cars this was something surprising to even see a sales rep still give him his undivided attention and not blow him off. Now during which I saw the techs working on my car struggling with removing one of the key nuts that was way overtightened/stripped (not by Audi Saskatoon) and after longer than what I think Id expected to not be charged for I was surely thinking at this point point it would be a charge but after my car was serviced and about $30.00 later for new nuts as my car did not have the kit I was not charged for anything more or any shop time. After working in the service industry a long time as a commercial pilot etc I have come to notice the details of places going above what is just the call or minimum of a job description and I can truly say that Audi Saskatoon has throughly impressed me from such a simple job that offered nothing in return for them.
After this whole experience and reservation about Audi ownership I didn't feel left in the wind, I feel proud to own my Audi and this helps me reaffirm my belief of being cared for after the dealership has no ties to the car or warranty etc, I was telling my wife of how just simply by these action after this cars life is expired Id be happy to return to them to purchase a new car just on this experience and hoping to keep having these experiences in the future with Audi Saskatoon.

I purchased a CPO 2020 Q3 at Saskatoon Audi in March of 2024. The overall buying process was pretty positive. The salesman was very transparent and I did not feel pressured at any point in the process. Working with Cassidy on the finance side was also a very positive experience!
The only thing to note is that they have a blanket policy on certified checks which meant it took about a week after giving them a sizeable down payment to actually be able to pick up the vehicle. Something to consider, especially if you are needing to sell your old vehicle to purchase a new one.
The vehicle also had a outstanding SGI claim from the previous owner when I purchased it. It was my understanding that it would be fixed before or soon after I bought the vehicle. Unfortunately, it is now around 6 months after I purchased the vehicle and the damage is still not fixed. While it is fairly unnoticeable damage, it isn't the stress free buying and after-sales experience I thought I would have at a 'luxury' dealership.

Fantastic customer service, quick efficient service. Stopped in for a quickly to add oil to my father in laws car, Craig helped us out and had us out within 20 minutes. Would recommend going here instead of a Canadian tire or anywhere else if you have an Audi. You won’t regret it.

Absolutely amazing experience start to finish. My experience started online. I found the vehicle we thought we wanted and went in after 7 on a Thursday. Trevor Corey was pretty much the only employee around. He took all the time we wanted and answered all our questions. Very professional and comfortable first contact. He set us up with a couple test drives and not once did we feel pressured by typical salesman lingo.
We ended up going back Saturday to make a deal on the car we thought we wanted. Trevor took us through all our options and we ended up getting way more car than we thought we could. Again, we never felt pressured or forced to make any decisions. Trevor showed us our options and let us decide. I later found out he was the sales manager which is great for the dealership. If his team follows his example it’ll spell nothing but success
Then it came time to pass us to Cassidy Zimmer for the financial part of the deal. We ran into a snag but Cassidy went to bat for us and got the deal done. Again, another great experience.
I’m loving my Q5, and I’m an Audi guy now. Thanks to Trevor and Cassidy.

We were lucky to get our car from Audi and specially from Jack who is very professional and well experienced with car models and specifications. He had the answers for all our inquiries. He facilitated and supported us greatly to get our car smoothly.
