Know your prices going in, buddy showed me a machine that was more expensive then the two I was asking about. Being a women in sales I already knew this was going to happen going in! Its not the first time a sales person has played games with me lol . Also super random when the sales guy shows you a bed when your there for a clothing dryer! It was a laughable Experience honestly no harm done. I know times are tough but lucky for buddy I needed one asap for my buisness or I would have walked out!

Jitin was very knowledgeable and helpful, spending time explaining the different features of adjustable beds. I went in with the intention of just getting a regular mattress but ended up with an adjustable bed. I guess he is a good salesman! But Ashley should explain to the customer about the delivery system.

Both buying our furniture through Ashley HomeStore and coordinating with their movers was a piece of cake! The text updates, scheduling updates, and technology for tracking the arrival of our delivery were greatly appreciated! Working with the Ashley team was easy - highly recommended!

The sales person lied to me. Up sold me on a mattress cover claiming it was necessary for the manufacture warranty and I called the manufacture and this is not accurate, she lied to me. Also, she told me I have 48 hrs to return the mattress and after I paid she said actually I do not. Her information was inaccurate and she lied to sell me the mattress. She is a horrible person for this. I hope she sees this, realizes that she is the reason I will never ever make a purchase from Ashely's again. She lied and provided inaccurate information on multiple fronts. Very dishonest or at least incompetent as a sales person. I'm a very upset customer. You won't see me again.
