The sale associate there was really nice, but honestly kind of pushy. I couldn't decide if I wanted to buy it in store or not as my main goal was to come to the store to try on for size. She didn't seem too happy about me buying it online instead of having her order it for me, and proceeded to roll her eyes at me. A customer doesn't owe you a sale just because you were nice, and quite frankly it really put me off buying other things I wanted to buy in store on that same day.

Bought my first clothes from Aritzia last week. There was a worker named Charmaney and she was absolutely amazing, super kind, and overall made my experience great! She deserves a raise for sure

The girls who work here forget they work in retail. The customer doesn't owe you anything. Easily the least intelligent and most insecure, judgemental, and unprofessional staff you will ever see. I guess I would be moody too if I couldn't even afford to shop in my own store haha.

Love love love this store !!! The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is very helpful and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is the store is a little smaller than other aritzia stores and selection is limited but otherwise my number one place to shop for sure

When I’ve gone into this store in the past I haven’t been greeted or approached, so I was hesitant to go in and try the daunting task of finding a new brand of jeans without being 100% sure of my size. But today when I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a sales associate, and I said that wanted to try some of their jeans but had no clue where to start. I was helped with sizes and different styles until I found a pair that I really liked as well as a bodysuit to wear with them. I left feeling happy about my purchase and definitely better about the customer service than my previous experiences! I didn’t get the sales associate’s name but the employee number on the receipt was 145251 :)

Danica (hopefully spelled right) was 10/10. My wife and I had a lot of fun shopping (and my wife hates clothes shopping). She made all the difference and we can't say enough positive things about her.

Hi, just recently visited this store. I just wanna say how appreciative I am with the staffs but specifically Meecat. I was greeted when I walked in, directed me to pieces I wanted to see, gave insights about the item, explained sizes, color and answered all my questions. This may be a basic review but not other store associate would do that. She was indeed very helpful and considerate and knowledgeable about the items. Shoutout to her, I just made my first Aritzia purchase.

Aritzia has the worst customer service. The workers are a gang of mean girls, and they make you feel terrible whenever you have a reasonable return or exchange request. I ordered a winter jacket through one of their sales associates in December, and two weeks later received a call that the jacket I bought for 400 dollars didn’t exist and they were sorry. They said “the best they could do was return my money.” As if that’s not the bare minimum they could do. I waited half a month in -40 degree weather for a jacket that didn’t exist, and in that time all other jackets my size in that style sold out. “Sorry.” Truly garbage customer service. I won’t be shopping here anymore.

Everyone's saying this is the best aritzia they've gone to, and I have to agree with them.Within moments of stepping into the store there was someone ready to help us, super energetic and willing to help. Not because it's their job, because they wanted to, there's a whole different feeling. It honestly is super super inviting, so thank you for that AND give a big WOW to the staff on today.I've gone to an aritzia and have pretty much gone into the change rooms and paid for the clothes all by my self no help from staff (that review is still to come) so that was an awesome change, imma miss the Saskatoon aritzia.We will be back.

Ignored me when I was in a store, not even a Hi. There were no other customers and lots of employees who looked at me as if I'm their biggest enemy. When another customer came, they suddenly became so nice and kind to her, but still ignoring me.

The best Aritzia location I’ve been too. The staff are so helpful. Special shout-out to Kirstin who helped me order a jacket I wanted that was showing it wouldn’t ship until June.I recently moved from the lower mainland and would avoid going into the store because the stuff were not welcoming(in my opinion) but I will definitely be shopping in person often in Saskatoon.
