Place is fine but when I was bouncing around in the big balls my head had a Crack and I'm kind of still hurt so like add floor padding but it's good.

Apex trampoline park is a good place where all can enjoy all the same time. Staff is good cooperative. A good place to spend family quality time far from the hustle bustle of life. Different variety of jumping activities for kids and older as well. Parking facility is available. Prices are also okay, avoid come in the rush hours to enjoy most of it. I went there with my kids, where they enjoyed the time alot.

Took my grandkids here. Thankfully, my body is still capable. This place made me feel like a kid again! Don't be shy here, this place is a blast for ALL ages!!

I understand it's a busy place but like... GET THE STAFF TO ACTUALLY CLEAN THE FRICKIN PLACE!! jeeeez, Other than that. Not bad.

My daughter was seriously injured at Apex saskatoon on August 22, 2023 at 8:30 pm. She jumped on the air mattress and another kid jumped off and landed on her. Apex staff didn't handle the situation properly or professionally. I requested an ambulance when I saw my 10 years old daughter in a desperate situation. Apex staff failed to dispatch an ambulance for 20 minutes after the incident and I immediately requested one. I had to call 911 myself to get an ambulance. The manager refused to give her name to pay the ambulance bill. It's not a safe place for kids to be there.

My daughter broke her leg and there was no first aid protocol and she bled and there was still kids jumping around and people allowed to join. It should have been shut down and some protocol for accidents. There should also be an easier route or way of taking out injured people as it took the paramedics an hour or more to get her out.

Unfriendly, unhelpful service! Staff should be trained to improve their customer service skills. We felt unwelcome. The bathroom was dirty as well. The kids, however, really enjoyed the trampoline park.

My kids enjoy the place but the prices are pretty pricey... should be different prices for different ages, my little ones don't use entire facility.

Thought id surprise my daughter and have both of us go for the first time. Really thought this would be a fun experience for both me and my daughter this is not the case for the amount of money this costs we have spent all our time standing around in the trampoline areas aw there are too many children and any opportunity to do any jumping someone either runs across your path or just stands on the trampoline in your way, we paid for an hour and have been waiting at least 30 minutes to actually do something other than stand around waiting for children to actually bounce and be out of the way...we will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. Now I'm just going to stand here until my hour is up because apparently no one jumps or bounces at a trampoline park

I recently visited an indoor trampoline park and had an absolute blast. The trampolines were in great condition and there was a variety of activities to choose from, including a foam pit, basketball hoops, and bumper ball courts.The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They made sure to go over the safety rules and were always available to assist if needed.One of the things I appreciated most about the trampoline park was the cleanliness. The trampolines and other equipment were well-maintained and there were plenty of hand sanitizing stations available.And they have a special rate/time for younger kids only!Overall, I highly recommend Apex! It's a fun and exciting way to get some exercise and spend time with friends or family.

Was timid bringing the kids.. they had a blast, coffee was fresh. Clean and the staff was on the ball. Firm with the kids but not mean when they had to enforce rules.

Been here a couple times and while the trampolines and other areas are great, fun, and relatively safe... the staff isn't very helpful and are borderline rude. I try not to be a Karen but after being ignored multiple times and treated with an "idfc" attitude, I'm here basically being a damn Karen on Google. Also someone stole my favourite toque and socks from under my sweater. Weird thing to steal people!
