Dropped an aeron I had ordered through them at my doorstep and instead of telling me that my 1650 dollar chair had been damaged, they delivered it anyway and waited until I had noticed. Good thing I had security camera footage. After this, they tried to charge me 25 percent to cancel my order and hung up on me twice as I argued against the fee.During the call, the owner said that most customers have the integrity to follow up on their orders (after delivering a damaged product). The owner seems like a great guy until the situation becomes inconvenient to him. This is not how a local business should be run.

Great and knowledge customer service, high quality products... can't go wrong! Super pleased with my Aeron chair, definitely worth the price given how many hours we spend at our desks and in front of our screens these days. Mark and his team are local and passionate about everything they sell.

Today we got our anticipated Eames chair from Mark and Bob. We live in Calgary and the service and professionalism they offer were second to none. Love this chair..,and the packaging this chair came in was phenomenal in itself. Thanks for the great experience gentleman !
