Nothing but problems from day 1. Bought a 2017 used Toyota Highlander. Appears no inspection was done. There was a worn out engine mount, the engine bay was covered in oil and there was bad bearing. It took them over 2 months to book me in. The service writer was trying to charge me $100 even though I bought extended warranty. I took my vehicle back about a year later, the high pressure fuel pump was loud and making a chirping sound but it still worked. They told me it would be covered under warranty. A few days later they called me and said I would have to pay. Had to fight them until the service manager had to "review my file". I told the service writer and the service manager I wanted the old part back. Months go by and no one called me back. I had to reach out about the old part, turns out they threw out the old part. Unprofessional and they constant try to charge me when I bought extended warranty.

We just bought our first car (a pre-certified used car) from this centre a couple of weeks ago. It was a good experience overall. We had some problems with getting approval on the finance plan from the bank but the employees from acura centre were really helpful; specially our dealer, Anthony. He was very nice, patient and caring. If you are looking to buy a car, just go there and ask for Anthony.

I had a great experience picking up my MDX from this dealership. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and Simeon knew as well. He managed to find the perfect option for me- a trade-in that wasn’t even ready for sale yet! I highly recommend their customer service. The financial manager Slava was also great to deal with.
I’m from Regina, and driving to Saskatoon for this was completely worth it. The team here treats you with respect- nothing like the stereotypical pushy salesman experience. Everything was transparent, and I genuinely enjoyed the entire process. Dealing with dealerships in Regina has been frustrating, but this experience in Saskatoon was a breath of fresh air.

I replaced my car here. The sales here are very professional and the service is very meticulous. My salesman's name is Jackie chen, a Chinese guy, and you can see the light in his eyes when he talks about cars. Originally I was hesitant about which car to switch to, but he accurately grasped my needs and I was very satisfied with the first car he recommended to me. I have always believed that if you leave professional matters to professionals, there is nothing to worry about. I have been driving this replaced car for almost a year, and I have always been very satisfied with its performance and driving experience.

The Acura center of Saskatoon is the place to go if you want a quality vehicle. I am biased I'm a fan of Honda and Acura, but the staff here are great and very friendly. They are also very accommodating when it comes to servicing your vehicle.

I'm very disappointed about Acura dealership they don't make any inspection on the used cars they put on sale a bmw x3 and the salesman didn't tell me about all the problems about a a/c no working and I when one week later to tell them about the situation but they just said we don't have any warranty and I have to paid $500 dollars to fix it but nothing fixed they just lied over the months now I have to pay 3000 dollars to fix all the a/c system because nothing work if I give you a advice don't buy a car from them because they will lied to and tell you after sale is your own business.

This week I purchased a vehicle from Acura Saskatoon, and my experience was absolutely amazing.
I took the car for a test drive, and it met all my expectations, so I decided to purchase it immediately. I paid in cash, so I headed to the bank for a bank draft, went to SGI for the car registration, and was able to drive my new car home all within the same day. The entire process was incredibly quick and efficient.
A special shoutout to Mr. Yegor, the Salesperson, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. He truly made my car buying experience a pleasure!
I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be sure to tell my friends about my amazing experience at Acura Saskatoon.

Me and my husband had a really bad experience with Acura Centre in Saskatoon for the second time already. We reached out the centre to get my Acura fixed. As it's an old one vehicle we asked to tell us the estimate cost of the repairing and then we wanted to decide if it worth to fix it. They reached my husband to tell that we will be charged for $900 for sensor replacement and car's problem will be solved. We agreed on that price. The next day, after replacement the sensor, all the errors came back while I've been driving from the dealership. We got back again to Acura Centre and my husband had been told that we need to pay additional $2000 for the replacement of the other parts to fix the same issue, coz the first sensor replacement didn't help. My husband declined this proposal, coz he's been told that manager can't guarantee, that next replacement will be successful and will fix the issue( they simply can't spot the problem and just guessing). I consider this situation as a fraudulent from their side, as we asked from the beginning abt the full repair price. Second fraudulent- their licensed mechanic replaced the wrong part, which absolutely didn't affect that issue I have, I still not able to drive properly and spent $900 for nothing. After the long discussion with the manager we've got back only $200 compensation. What do I have now- still broken vehicle and minus $700 on my account. Great job Acura Centre! You know on how to rip off people on the money.

I have been looking for a manual commuter car for a while now and when I came to Acura all the staff were very welcoming and happy to show me around so I could find a car that fit my needs, once I found my little red Mazda they made buying the car very easy and I was out the door. I have had zero complaints so far, from all departments at Acura!!
