Horrible customer service. I have ordered from them twice through skip and both times they send me the wrong items. If you try calling them, they never pick up the phone.

One of the bad store of east side workers here specially from india night shift workers are one of the rude and unethical behaviour I don’t recommend any educated or little bit respectful peoples to shop from this store and this store must be sale out but they can’t do that because the owner of this branch took 25 to 30k per person to offer them PR I believe that’s why no customer service I think every one need to report to CRA for audit of this store and see what kind of customer training they are giving to their employees disgusting and it happen 3rd time

Hi, I recently had a skip delivery order from 7-11, and I experienced a delay of 25-30 minutes due to untrained staff. I believe it's essential for 7-11 to invest in proper training for their employees before putting them on shift.

DISSED & DISRESPECTED AFTER THEY DOUBLED-CHARGED MY CARD. On the day of making a purchase at this 7-Eleven, financial bank record revealed I was double charged for that purchase. The following day, I presented the “proof of purchase” receipt to the 7-Eleven staff (who are familiar with me and my small white service dog, having frequented the store). I also showed the female my bank statement, as I explained the situation to her and suggested they give me another drink as I paid for it. With another store person prompted to the cashier area by the lady’s loud decibel, harsh-tones voice, I was then rudely addressed by the two Indian woman raising their voices at me and pointing at me flaring their arms. “It is not our problem, it’s the bank’s problem,” she stated more than once. “The system is built not to double charge,” as if I was making this up, despite the evidence (not to mention the fact that one of the two women was one of the two employees present at the time when I made a purchase one day earlier and asked “are you double-charging me?” — a question she met by assuring me that was not the case. She was wrong. It is evident to witness the entitlement factor alive and fuelling the people who run this private business that is masked by the 7-Eleven stamp. As I stated, I have regularly frequented this particular store due to convenience. I grew up in Toronto and Campbellford, Ontario — a place where customers (especially regular ones were valued and made to feel welcome). Once upon a time, it was widely taught to society that “the customer is always right.” There was no entitlement factor looming with the horrible notion that “you’re replaceable, you don’t matter , I am the store “owner” and I hold the power because you need me , the store does not need you”. I expected so much more from Saskatoon, a place where the small town feel still is very alive, like Campbellford, Ontario: where the customer is still treated with “love and respect” because the store should be appreciative that THE CUSTOMER chose to spend their dollar there.

I was extremely disappointed with the strips & wedges I received. I left the store with the "8 chicken strips & 10 wedges for $13.99" deal. When I left, i noticed...they gave me two different types of chicken strips(2 of the normal juicy ones I've grown use to expect, and 6 dry, thin, and flavorless ones), and half a box of ripple-cut dry potatoe wedges. I went in to explain that they must have made a mistake(calmly), and I was told that they only have the one type of strip(which turns out to be plant-based), and that the wedges are the ones that come with the combo(as opposed to the normal/larger breaded ones). The woman in the Hijab was very condescending towards me, and kept saying "oh my goodness" to me...and lied about the strips...and refused to give me a refund. I remained calm throughout this encounter. She finally admitted they had the proper chicken and insisted on cooking them...but the wedges I was stuck with. I simply asked for a refund...she FINALLY called somebody after refusing to give me the managers number...they instructed her to refund me. A terrible experience. I understand if the manager is not purchasing the proper stock, ...but please don't lie, or treat me like I'm d**** I will not return

This 7-11 has friendly staff but a horrible parking lot. It is usually fairly clean and well stocked. Both my grandchildren and I appreciate the fact that they supply free wifi. The staff make up for the ill conceived parking lot so we keep going back!

Nothing is ever ready and it is always messy. If this is the standard that corporate sets then this location should either shut down or get new people to run it.

The food quality was ok with a slight price increase, but the staff working was nice and helpful. Recommended for a quick snack.

Horribly rude staff. Go to any other 7/11 in the city. Always a bad experience at this location.

Probably one of the best Seven Elevens I've ever been to.Before I jump into the review, I have to first of all say that this is a 7 11, not a KFC or Pizza Hut or Robin's so yeah the food quality is not so good if youre ordering pizza donuts or wings but you're likely going to get the exact same quality of food at any other 7 11 so just dont get those food items if you dont like 7 11 food.So Sure, not all the fresh food items are quality or even edible... you're better off going to a husky or something thats not open 24/7 if you want quality wings... but this has always been 7 11 quality. Its not any different elsewhere. But the pros outlive the cons because this store has a huge variety of snacks and food and medication available 24/7. Ive managed to grab snacks for movies and stuff for breakfast here and its such a convenient spot for going especially if you just need to grab a few things. The staff is really great too. They are very friendly and will always remember to ask for your rewards points card. Ive had to get my card from my house and the staff was more than welcoming to leave my items for me when I got back. And sure enough ten minutes later my items were still there! The store is always clean in the mornings, there are a huge variety of items available and for a Seven Eleven the quality of service is amazing.
