The Lesbian Filipino staff was so rude. She even ask to me to use the self checkout next time like she doesn't like her job as a cashier. Like I asked her if it's easy to use because I'm not as smart as other people and she even replied "well now in grocery store I even use self checkout so it's easy." Like come on. I am a filipino as well and I've been to customer service and I never act like that. I've been to Canada for 14yrs. Act like a Canadian. Don't bring that filipino attitude here.

Racist employee, treated me differently than the other customers. He asked me for ID and said I looked like 13(I am 28 with full beard). He was nice with all the other customers.

Great “little corner store”. Usual spread, but what makes it special is the friendly staff- Mouzam, Randeep and especially Anil.
Anil- great chat and very relaxed while dealing with customers.

Not even one star, lady at the till started swearing at me because she didn’t wanna listen to the question I had and just tried to continuously force me to pay when I kept telling her I wanted to know about something else and then ended up with some impatient guy behind me wanting me fight in store for me trying to get help about a item and asking about it.

*update* the evening employees are so nice!
They're so accommodating and really helpful, we call in sometimes for a bunch of meatballs to be prep so when we get there its ready. And the night staff are so nice! Usually go there past midnight and buy slurpees! A really nice 7-eleven compared to most in the city. Pss. Please change/fix the mango slurpee its kinda watery and the colour is pale, support to be yellowy/orange pls and thank you!!

Got one of the 13.99 meals, 8 strips, 10 wedges, did not give any dipping sauces, strips were dry AF, wedges were saltless and hard like all of it had been sitting under the heat lamp the whole day, should've taken it back.

"welcome to 711" is what I usually hear when I walk in. Today nothing . I go to this 711 several times a week for the same thing. But today, I said to the lady, u know u ID me every time. She looks at me and doesn't say a word. Not a thank u, have a nice day, NOTHING. I walk away say thank u anyway, and still nothing. I was pretty mad at the service i received today. Makes me want to go elsewhere

There machines have locked me out of my accounts 3 seperate times. I'd assume it's just operator error, but the same thing happened to the demand ahead of me in line. Save yourself the hassle and go to the petro down the the road.The way they say "welcome to 7-11" to people walking without looking at them in as they are helping you with your purchase is also odd and rude.
