The pizza slices in the food warmer were looking dried like biscuit and yet the attendant tried to sell them to me. Terrible customer service. The two ladies who were working in the shop (at around 10am) kept talking in a language that wasn’t English in front of me. I am not sure if they were saying anything about me or the fact that they were joking that I looked hungry enough to buy stale food.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER SHOP FROM HERE.

I rarely give reviews but after the last time I was here I won't be going back. Every time I walk into this place there's just something. The last time I was the only person in line other than a skip person waiting for pickup. I stood there for 5 minutes and finally got acknowledged by the worker saying he will be right with me. Well then they went back to moving pizzas around in the back finally after another 5 minutes I spoke up and said hey can I get some service here. They came over right away wow thanks after the 5 second transaction I had they offered me a free cookie. Which i declined. Like really you just wasted how much time don't bother please. I just don't bother stopping here anymore. The circle k is a way better service never have a problem so my business is there. There has been more incidents at the 7-11 but I just not usually a complainer. 1 star though just cause there's no option of 0

I visited with my husband last night around 3 30 am in this store
We came here from regina
My husband wanna buy taquitos
Then we asked for fresh taquitos the tall guy with black turban talk with us very politelly and he said that i can cook fresh taquitos
Then he gave us fresh taquitos
The taquitos were very tasty
I m very thankful to turban guy who helped us during late night
I asked his name but i forgot his name

Refused to sell me my cigarettes after being showed photo ID won’t be returning to 7/11 franchise for anything ever again.

Went in for a suppee and some taquitos. Floor was kinda sticky and was told "I am not serving you the taquitos" by the woman behind the counter.

Super cheap with the cheese for nachos. Shrinkflation in full effect. Things are more expensive but cheaper quality and smaller portions.

Very disappointed with the kind of service, I happened to ask the sales rep do you guys have washroom, he informed no it’s not for public use, where in I know they have a washroom and were discriminating since I am a Asian and wanted me purchase something in order to use it, which I normally do …. Strange but true

Very rude customer service. Didnt say hello, acted like we were putting out by being there. Threw our chips around, asked for a bag dumped that on top the chips. When we were walking out went and sat on the back counter. Scowling the whole time. We won't be coming back to this location.

I asked the lady in the cash register if I could use the washroom. Apparently they don't have public washroom? and I told her that I used to go there and was having no problem before. Then she switched up on me saying the key for the washroom got lost? It confuses me why she had to lie if it's just about using a washroom lol. A straightforward answer would've been enough.

Do not order through UberEats for this store. I often get the wrong items. I also bought wings because they were advertised as on sale for $7.11 but I was charged $13.70, full price. Uber support said it was the store's mistake.
