I came through Rosetown about a month ago from Swift Current and didn’t have a great experience with one of the male employees. He has terrible customer service and couldn’t answer very many questions I had about baseball products. A female employee, who looked a lot younger, showed up and helped me greatly. I’m not sure why he’s employed there but I’ve heard similar experiences with him from others so I knew this couldn’t just be me. I’m not sure his first name as I am not from Rosetown but he was tall and had glasses. Please fix this.

What a delightful shopping experience! The staff were awesome with my kids. The owners were also accommodating of my particular style and requests, helping me pick the perfect pair of pants and even suggesting other options that I might be interested in. They have some great brands to choose from and a nice selection of clothing/sports equipment. Overall, it was a great place to shop and I will definitely be returning.

I bought women’s golf shoes on shop app; I got my shoes today and I was blown away by the quality. The shoes are of good quality leather and they fit perfectly. They are way beyond what I expected, I will be shopping here again and again.

The staff is always welcoming and will give you a hand if you need it. I love the selection of shoes, hard to pick just one pair sometimes. Lots to choose from in clothes, sports wear, sporting goods. Really good place to shop.

Purchased two pairs of skates and composite stick. Best prices and service around. More selection of sticks than u could shake a stick at! They even had to call in another employee it was so busy.
