Awesome work done by this company! Great staff to deal with - always kind and friendly with each interaction I had. They quoted a timeline and stuck to it. And they didn't just clean up their work area, they completely detailed the inside, which was an extremely nice surprise. Very much appreciated! Before/after pics shown below

I gotta say… you know what you’re doing. I was so happy to get my vehicle back! It looked like a brand new car! I was so upset with my accident claim and you guys really gave my car another life. Thank you. ?? I am so grateful for your service. The ladies in the front are very friendly as well.
Ps. Also, thank you very much for the nice clean up job inside and outside! I cleaned before I took it to your shop but it was so much better. Haha. Much much appreciated.

I had a great experience with these folks. Very friendly. The ladies that work in the office were very good to deal with. They even washed and cleaned the vehicle for me. That was awesome of you guys. Great job. Thank you very much.

No one wants to be in a wreck, but life happens. And when it does, call Universal. There staff were helpful, professional, and courteous. My vehicle was returned to me clean and better than new. The customer service was above and beyond. I hope I never have to use then again, but hey, life happens.

They are lacking in the customer service department. The way some of their reception staff speak to people is disappointing. They also make errors with not thoroughly checking into claims etc, begin work they shouldn't and then try and charge customers out of pocket for their errors. Sad, because 5 years ago, I found their service to be amazing. Two thumbs down for the whole experience!
