The customer service at this business is outstanding!!!! I called them at 2:30 and was told to bring my truck in and hopefully would be done by 10am the next day as I had to make a trip to Saskatoon. Fast forward 2 HOURS…..work was completed. Thanks to all but especially Stephanie and Jeremy.

The rear tires on our rv were wearing abnormally. A friend told me this was the place to go. The team at Spring Service straightened out the axles and got us on the road again. Friendly staff and great work. Thanks to all!

We had been having trouble with our trailer since Friday evening, in a Walmart parking lot. On Monday morning, first thing in the morning, we went to this merchant who kindly agreed to carry out the repair without delay. We were able to continue our journey home, almost 3000 km...Thanks again!

Customer Service At It’s BEST!My 2010 truck had been sounding pretty awful, and the shape of our roads certainly didn’t help.I was referred by our family mechanic to see Spring Service LTD.Last Friday, I visited their shop. Mel came out to take a look and confirmed that I would need my two leaf spring’s replaced. One was completely broken and the other cracked. He offered a verbal quote on the spot. He further advised not to drive it if at all possible and I was lucky the first one turned inward as opposed to outward-which could cut my tire! From there we went in to see where I could be fit in. Monday!Wow-seriously? Why yes; I could absolutely have it back for you first thing in the morning. Repaired and on the road later that afternoon-and as quoted.Mel and his team were friendly, kind and trustworthy. I felt so comfortable with the entire process and would highly recommend Spring Service!

While travelling through Regina today on my way home I lost a wheel bearing on the rental trailer I was towing. This happened around 2:00pm.Mel and his team were able to repair it within about 2-hours, and they had me on my way.Outstanding service! Thank you Mel!Call Spring Service in Regina if you are ever in trouble. These guys are great!

I can’t say enough about the above and beyond service I received from the staff here! Steph is an outstanding person who stands behind her customers. The mechanical work was fantastic. i recently had my boat trailer over to Regina Spring Services. The extra effort they put into their craft is amazing.they worked late 1 1/2 hours after closing on A Friday so I could get out fishing on the weekend. this company has done a lot of other jobs over the years for me as air bags springs etc. All the staff are extremely competent and friendly. If you requiring anything done on a trailer. They are the BEST. in town Greg
