I've been going here for a few years now and it usually has really good staff. However, it's been noted by several people including myself that they are now a "hit and miss" on if they are actually open at 7am. This is becoming inconvenient because we used to be able to rely on the hours operating true to what they state are open times..

Stopped I Saturday morning around 8:30am Sept 10th and the clerk at the til, Peter, was very unapproachable. I realize this is just a gas station, but being pleasant and welcoming isn't that hard. I'd avoid stopping in here next time I'm in the area.

The people who work there are amazing. Handled themselves when a customer came in and was quite rude over the fact that they had several strentghs of the brand she asked for. I was there. I witnessed it. Kudos to those guys for being so cool, even though the customer was not!!For those of you who found the staff rude, that is too bad. When i walk in, i can see on their faces that something isn't right. Covid took it's toll even on them.

A lady with glasses and medium length blonde hair was the cashier. She was grouchy, dismissive and quite arrogant. I even heard the fellow in front of me ask for $20 in gas and she rung him in for $40 and told him that he was wrong. This woman is not an asset to your company. Her poor work ethic and overall grouchy demeanor is quite horrendous. If I treated people like she did at my work, I wouldnt have a job. I am also not the only person who feels this way about her. As a lot of my friends have complained about her also

Great service. Your happy go lucky fellow is the best. Never can remember his name. His service with a biggest smile, friendly chit chat is the greatest.No matter how he chit chats, his work always is done. Real outgoing peoples person.

I only give this Shell 1 star because I WALKED on a Wednesday from my home at 10:20 ish. When I got there at 10:45 they told me. "Oh sorry, we already cashed out". In any way shape or form should a business close 15 minutes early if it states 11. I understand 5, but 15? Plus I called the rochdale store and they were still open at 10:55.

Couldn’t think of a friendlier group of people all in one place. The attendants are respectful, outgoing and knowledgeable they have impressively quick service are always welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel appreciated. 5 Star experience every time without a doubt. I would go out of my way to get the service here. Glad they’re close to home.

I have been living in the area for 10 years. This last year the staff have become completely rude and frankly I feel inappropriate. I do not feel comfortable walking in as a women. After today I will never use this shell again. Rather drive 5mins out of my way then drive 1 to this location.
