“While at your store yesterday a sales associate, whom I think was maybe management at the front overseeing the other staff, went out of her way to help me locate a scarf I was needing. she found one and then saw me further down the isle and brought it to me. she also had a girl open the till for my friend and I to go through as we both had carts full. I wish I could have remembered her name and she is one of nicest sales associates I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.”
