All there drinks are in random spots in the wrong spot. Also they have the labels turned towards the back. The presentation of this store is horrible. Start taking care of your stuff

My brother inlaw went to the store around 3-4am and they tried to go in the store but the guy working at the till didn't allow them in , so they used the window. Mind you my brother is indigenous. So they bought their stuff. And as they bought their stuff he let a Caucasian guy in the store. I called and ask why he did that and he said "oh sorry we only allow regulars to come into the store" I don't like how they treated my brother inlaw and his Girlfriend. And I told him I was going to complaint he said go right ahead sir I will tell my supervisor in the morning.

Poor service and poor selection of beverages. Also google says it’s 24/7 which it is NOT!

Really kind Petro Canada night shift workers , company should give a raise , I was desperated to find washroom at night all closed but Petro Canada open for customers 24hours even they need to clean again at night , really the best guys ever , thanks for the night shift guy here ???

I just ordered hot chocolate and it it delivered by uber eats ? it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the hot chocolate ? it's better than 711 and mcdonalds ? even tim hortons.

I usually had okay experience here. Though recently I needed to get on the road right away and realized my tire pressure was low. So I drove to this Petro Canada location and tried to pump some air. The coin slots looked broken and I tapped visa and it didn’t work. So I went inside and asked the staff for help. He said he doesn’t use it much and yes the coin slots are broke. I mentioned visa doesn’t work either and should be maintained to keep it working. He said it is not really Petro Canada’s pump. I was very frustrated and luckily got to coop gas station and got the air filled for free. It is really frustrating when you really need the service there and cannot get help.I was willing to pay 2 dollars for some air when I was in a rush to hit the road but it was just a waste of time.

Absolutely disgusting that you will not supply or fuel up the truck convey. Never again shall I fuel up at a petro canada.

This has happened twice now at your pump 4. The moment the transaction is approved and I press the 91 button, before I lift the nozzle, the gas starts pouring into the pump, on my hands and clothes till I put the nozzle in the car in a hurry. But when I press the gas lever afterwards, I realize that the pump meter is already staring from $5. This is a wastage of $5. You should check pump 4.

I live close by. I like that you are open 24h with my differing work schedule. I thought I should let the owners know what happens with your employees late at night. I realized i was out of cigarettes for the next day and walked over at around 1:50am on June 1st. I was masked and no one in the store. The guy working; he had shaved black hair on the sides, looked at me two times and went back to looking at his phone as he sat west of the cigarettes. I then left and went to Mac's. I figured you shouldn't be open if the employee's won't serve you.

Terrible customer service from the Sunday morning cashier. He tried to tell me the synthetic oil 5w 30 is 5$ more than the 5w20 because of the difference in consistency. Wouldn't refund me because I paid debit. Refused to give me any sort of customer complaint line or manager card.
