Its bad enough got to stand outside because the door is locked. It is wind and cold, look in the window to see the guy sleeping. Knock on window he wakes up. Ask for cigs, he does not look, right away says he does not have it. Petro time to get people that want to work.

Don't use their pay at the pump because they will say it's pending and you took too long to lift the pump they will make you pay again inside and you paid twice for 30$ of gas. And yes I have the proof. 60$ spent and $30 not returned.

A great place to buy water instead of gas! Called to tell them I was having major issues after filling up there and they claimed to have not had any other complaints, but I'm seeing on FB now that other people had it way worse and got pure water in their tanks that day that did serious damage to their engines. Hope they can get sgi to pay for the damages

The drive thru car wash damaged my brand new car in mid-March 2021. Claims were filed at the gas station and with SGI but there has been no response from Petro-Canada regarding the insurance. My car has yet to be fixed. I have contacted the store manager several times; he advises to contact Petro-Canada.00 Can't select zero stars but this is my rating...will not return!

I wanted a specific product and they gave me the wrong product. They can't give me a refund because it's a tobacco product. It's partially my fault because I didn't notice and I put too much trust in their ability to do their job right. Never coming back to this establishment. I have received the wrong product from them resulting in me losing money three times now.If you come here get items that don't require the worker to do anything. Go to Shell down the road for better service.

Went to fill up with gas one night and I only had cash. I went to open the doors to pay and they are locked (understandable at night when usually only one person is working) however I could see him sitting on his phone completely ignoring me and waving me away. A few moments later another individual wanting to pay and he refuses to open the door or acknowledge paying customers. Unprofessional and unsatisfactory

Love this petro can. I go there all the time, past 15 years actually. Today i seen all the garbage around the bins, had to avoid a cardboard box driving into there. Gotta get that cleaned up.

I come here all the time.
My girlfriend comes here all the time.
It is -40 outside and her car wont start while at their gas pump. She asked the workers for help with a boost (she has cables) and the workers straight up refuse service? What is that?
This is completely unacceptable behaviour. I will boycott this establishment until the day i die. I thought I had good relations with the workers there for how often I come. But after this? Management will be hearing from me.
Who doesnt help someone they know that is in need? That is disgusting.
