Petro Canada has 2 car washes here in Regina and I have their season pass for daily washes. I live in the south end so the south Albert location is convenient. Google says that it is open until 10 but this location closes earlier. Tonight I wanted to wash and I called to make sure it was open as it’s Remembrance Day and got no answer. I called the East location and another one and both were open. I suggested that the south location was closed but they said the guy works by himself and was probably in the washroom so I drove there only to find the station closed. It was only 6:30pm. This is a poorly run location.

Was given a $50.00 gift card by a bank. For some reason the card is registered in US funds. No Petro location I've tried will accept it. This location they could not even be bothered to try and help despite me being the only customer for miles. Not very impressed with the service or strange situation.

Worst place to wash your car
They say they close by 10.00 pm. Everytime i come by 9.15-9.45 pm they are closed.
Should change their time management

I’ve consistently found that this location does NOT adhere to its stated operating hours. It’s advertised to close at 10 PM, yet I arrived at around 9:30 PM only to discover it had already shut for the day. Regrettably, this is not a one-time occurrence but the fourth instance of such an experience

I typically visit the car wash, and while the car wash itself is satisfactory, I've noticed some issues with the air blower responsible for drying the car at the end. They don't seem to do a thorough job, which affects the overall cleanliness of the car. It might be a good suggestion for the management to take steps to improve the efficiency of The air blower.

For this location whenever I call to check for timings they say open till 10, but it is CLOSED. Terrible service

I would probably choose zero of it is allowed. This is our fourth time stop at this place and this time too we found it closed post 9PM. We do our car wash at petro Canada. Point is; last time when I called; an operator said it is open till 10PM but car wash shuts down 10 minutes earlier so this time I came at 9:20PM. But it is closed again. What exactly your closing time is?? Our next option to clean the vehicle is completely other side of the town in North side. Anyways, that's were I am heading once again.

Car wash is always broken. 3 times in the last month they locked to doors with the sign back in 5 minutes.

We're really frustrated about the service and commitment. The car doesn't get cleaned that much. Moreover we are compromisin with this average quality car wash. The airflow is very limited to dry the car, when the car gets out of the shop it sticks all the dust, which makes it more messy. Even some days it is closed before the time commitment. Today is a good example, hope management will take care of it. We pays for the service, the business should provide us what it says in their branding.

Did my washing through their wash and go, after the wash, i notice 9 fine lines all over my hood as long as 20 inches. It was very visible when your in the cockpit and never seen those lines before. They make me fill up a incident report but a week later called me and told me they never had a complaint ever as in ever that a vehicle was scratched from their wash. If I can only put a negative five stars in here i will definitely do it. I will never come back again to this south albert location. I payed my wash and all i end up was having 9 long lines on my hood. Very bad experience…i will never recommend this place for washing your vehicles.
