“Personally, I love the products they carry. It’s all 100% top quality, some of the best brands you could feed your pets. I visit every pet store in the city and change up where im going to do a food haul based on stock, I have never seen this pet store before so I thought I should check it out before my next shopping trip. Most prices were okay compared to other places, some a bit more expensive. It was a bit too quiet and awkward, and the place was a bit difficult to find. But overall a decent little store. However, as a pet food nerd myself im kind of surprised at the feedback in the reviews when it comes to folks that haven’t been exposed to information regarding quality pet food diets. The replies to the negative reviews are very double sided, it pains me to see a great store with cocky remarks towards their negative feedback. I know getting a bad review feels like an attack, it’s just not right to treat it like one. Whether they’ve been to the store or not, doesn’t matter. Whether they feed a diet you don’t agree with, doesn’t matter.”
“Fantastic selection of high quality food, treats and toys for your pets! Their cat section is bursting at the seams compared to most pet stores. So much product I haven't even seen before! Shout out to the manager who helped me spoil my new blind Kitty. She loves everything we picked out!”

“I was amazed how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was. We are new snake owners and bought everything we were told we needed. I am super happy I had equipment failure the first day of the year and Prairie Aquatics and exotics was open! They gave me the knowledge that I needed and new equipment to help provide the necessity’s of life that i had no idea I was failing at. The staff was amazing and I will never go to another pet store for my supplies, thank you for helping make owning a snake a way more positive experience. My snake is happy and interactive and hopefully finally going to eat soon!”

“I took my dog in to get her nails trimmed. The gentleman that did it was very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave me a couple of pointers to do it myself as I live out of town. Efficient, friendly, and inexpensive. I will definitely be going back!”

“The girl that helped us this morning was absolutely amazing and friendly. Went in for cat food and litter and left with that and a cat tree and harnesses. She was able to help us judge the right sizes we needed and they fit perfectly so we will be back for more cause I have 3 more to fit for one.”

“My recent visit to PetSmart Regina Grasslands to have my dog's nails trimmed. It gave me a chance to look at the store as I had not visited before.
A couple of things that I noticed. The store has everything you are looking for in a pet store. Most importantly the Staff are fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable.
My dog's nails were trimmed perfectly.
This was my first visit but definitely not the last. Even my dog, Finnegan, gets excited to see the friendly Staff at PetSmart. He can hardly wait to get in the store to see his new found friends.
