Brought my Honda pilot in for new rear shocks. Were replaced then they failed again within a month, brought vehicle back and he said these shocks have been abused.. i said its a honda pilot with 2 child car seats that i drive my family around in. We live on acreage with gravel roads, these cheap parts they use the metal is so thin you can flex it with your hands. Had to fight with him to replace them, I said when I got them installed you never told me I cant drive on gravel roads anymore because that is " Abuse " ridiculous.. he said he would replace them one time then after that I am on my own.. right on way to stand behind your repairs. Wont be back, I advise anyone going there to please look elsewhere

Derek is honest and great to deal with. He found me the right parts to replace the catalytic converters on my truck and even had them in stock. Scheduling was easy, work was done fast and done well. My engine light is off, and my fuel use dropped by 3-4 L/100km!
