I call to have a custom mirror measured and installed in my bathroom before Christmas. They made an appointment and didn't show up, call to reschedul or anything, still haven't heard from them, I think it's called ghosting. Or maybe they lost my number. Wouldn't recommend.

I had a tech come out to look at a window in August .He took measurements and said it would be covered under warranty and it would be ready in a week. The week came and went. After numerous calls with him he said he needed to come out and retake measurements as he lost it .After numerous calls again and texts messages nothing has been done.Thank you.
