Cannot say enough about Hello Baby’s customer service. They went above and beyond for me when dealing with a product issue. I could have just been told to raise my issue with the manufacturer but instead they made it right in store immediately. Quality products and even better customer service!

We live in St.Albert Alberta & ordered a pair of See Kai run shoes for our niece. They (Hello baby) had the ones we wanted in stock. Really easy to order & shipping was nicely packaged & fast

A great local store! The staff were super helpful and they have a huge selection of stuff from cribs to carriers. Love being able to access a variety of quality brands while still shopping local.

HB has been my go to store for all my girls needs. It’s easy to go on online and pick something but there is no customer service. Shar helped me pick out a stroller, car seat and rocking chair for my babes. When there has ever been an issue with anything I’ve purchased from there, she has gone out of her way to solve it. She even helped me get a free shoulder strap from Britax. All the staff is very knowledgeable about their products. It’s so handy to try car seats in your car before you purchase. I’m actually sad that my girls have outgrown the store.

Was absolutely impressed with the customer service and quality of the products I received. I ordered on a Saturday night and had my products delivered the next night! Wow! Will definitely be ordering from this company again!

Buyer beware. Can only return items for a refund within 10 days of purchase. If you live out of town DONT shop here as their hours are super inconvenient to return within the 10 days. I spoke to someone asking them to make an exception and was told if I could return that day they would allow it but I live 2.5hrs from the city and they closed at 4pm that day. Will NEVER shop here again. Terrible experience.

Great customer service! I went in to get new pacifiers for my son. I told the staff what I was looking for and they led me straight to them. Check out was easy and signing up for their rewards programs was so quick! I had my son in a stroller and there was so much room to move around the store. A staff member opened the door for us when we were leaving which was much appreciated!

In a world where customer service seems to be an afterthought for most retailers, I have to say that it was incredibly refreshing dealing with Sherolyn and her wonderful store. My wife and I purchased several items and unfortunately the car seat was not what we expected due to some manufacturer mixup. Sharolyn not only solved the problem for us, but also went far and beyond the call of duty by offering to bring the replacement seat to the hospital if need be. Luckily we didn't need to do that, however it did wonders to ease our anxiety during such a stressful time. Thank you again Sherolyn and your incredible store. Highly recommend!!

Sharolyn and her team are amazing!!! Have shopped for a baby gift here and was so impressed with the quality of merchandise she has in store. Recently I asked for the store to donate to a local charity and they stepped up with no hesitation. Awesome store and awesome community commitment ?

Overpriced & Poor ServiceRented a breast pump from then and didn't work out of the box then was only refunded a portion of the $200 we didn't. What a joke!I am all for supporting local but when things are 50% more expensive than other places. Just buy online and save yourself the money. Not recommended!
