I brought my 2018 RAM 1500 in with serious engine issues and was looking for an honest, exact diagnosis after I had exhausted all my testing at home. The result was it needed an engine rebuild or replacement and Blair was able to prove it to me thru his extensive testing and years of knowledge. He took the time to go over everything and my options. In the end I was able to find a buyer who wanted the truck “as is” for a very fair price and I was able to buy a different vehicle. If I chose to do the rebuild/replacement I wouldn’t have hesitated to have Driven complete the work. I will be using Driven for all my future oil changes and maintenance from now on. Thank you so much to all the Regina staff!

Took my 2014 BMW 750xi to Driven for some clunking noises in the front end. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a timely manner, while being transparent along the way. My car has an aftermarket warranty(unassociated with Driven). They worked with the demanding warranty company and went above and beyond to ensure all the expectations were met on both ends.
Have been driving the car for the past day and it is certainly fixed!
Would highly recommend Driven to my family and friends

Had a power steering fluid leak. Called me and said it was a power steering pressure hose and quoted $800. Seems reasonable. However, when I picked up the vehicle, they mentioned the engine light was on when they pulled it in. Weird, but okay (wasn't on when I parked it there). I happened to have a code reader in the vehicle and plugged it in to read that it was a power steering pressure sensor issue. Quick research and located the sensor to find it not only unplugged but two of the wires have been severed. My research also revealed that you have to unplug the sensor to replace this hose. This all happened in the parking lot so I called them out to have a look. They said they'll rebuild the harness and that I would have to come back the next day. They are getting the one star for rebuilding my wiring harness but buyer beware for those that don't have a code reader in their vehicle. The dishonesty from their technician and the attempt to shift the blame back to their customer will assure I will not be back to this garage.
Update: they rebuilt and installed the harness interrupting another day without so much as an apology. Job well done? It'll be interesting to see a reply to this review.

Great service! They offer shuttles when your car will be in for the day. When I arrived for pick up, they explained what was happening with my vehicle and gave me the chance to ask questions. I have to return for additional work to be done, but I expected as much based on my original appointment. Overall, fantastic to work with!

Driven is hands down one of the best places to get you vehicle fixed . They will assess issues , give recommendations on course of action and options . If you want to have confidence in a job well done and know your safety is their goal , Driven is the best . I have used their services for over 25 years with no complaints !!!

Best place to take your vehicles. Had mine there last week for routine service and a wheel alignment. Thought I needed the alignment due to the way it was handling on some highways.
Turns out vehicle didn’t need an alignment. I need to travel on better highways.
If not needed they won’t do it so no unnecessary work and cost.
Won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
