Quance East location. Left the house early this morning (03NOV) to get a fill and a wash before work, only to find the gas station still not open at 7:15am. The pumps and inside were dark, and an employee was standing by the door but made no effort to come out. Super frustrating.

I went into the store today July 19 around 7:35 pm. Cashier name Stephen saw me standing there waiting in the line for Cashier. He didn't even greeted me, he didn't even welcomed me to the store. There waa no customer ahead of me, I waited there for few seconds and said hello loudly at him he still didn't even said hello. This was the worse ever experience. I will never visit this store again.

Just went in today for a quick rinse of my truck. They've apparently switched the payment method by "upgrading" their machines in each bay. They used to charge about a dollar a minute for the wash services. Today I had a 6 and half minute rinse and it came to 13.50!!! Safe to say that if I have to pay that much to wash my own vehicle I'll just be going elsewhere from nowon. Greed will lose you customers

Wand car wash will eat up your credit card , check your credit card transactions immediately I ended up paying 23$ for 3 minutes wash

I had put 20.00 on my car wash card and found out that it didn't work l ask if they could check it out and they said l had paid it sometime ago and wouldn't help me with it .it makes you wonder if they care about you at all the manager doesn't care about this no response at all.

I was in last Monday, definitely not impressed at all. I dont understand why EVERY pump needs to be "full service" aka "WE SERVE", when they don't even have enough people to run all pumps. 2 pump attendants is not enough for 16 pumps of full service. I waited, and was pretty upset that not even one of those jockeys looked my way. As an employee of the Borderland Co-op in whitewood, I am suggesting that half those pumps are to be changed to 'self serve' pumps. I don't want a response of "we are under staffed" so are we and we still manage to FULLY serve ALL customers. If you were to have half or even ⅓ of the pumps at "SELF SERVE", you might not have as many upset customers because they don't even get asked if they need help or even eye contact. Terrible terrible service, wish I could put negative stars, cuz that deserved a negative 5.

I was a diehearted customer of another gas retailer until I visited this location and met Chantal. OMG!!! Her customer service is IMPECCABLE. She has a passion for serving people. When I go to fill up it's like getting my vehicle serviced. She offers to check my oil and water and clean my windshield . I can confidently say, im STUCK here. Way to go Chantal.

On December 11th at around 730 am I got off from my night shift at the Regina General Hospital. Where I am a nurse. I proceed out to my truck and notice it's been broken in to. Security at the general tapped up my window but do to the cold weather it didnt stick. I pulled into this coop to buy some tape to fix it. They did not sell any but had some on hand and the amazing staff this morning helped me retape the plastic. The sweet heart of a woman inside and the kindest man I've ever met in the wash bay. Help me out. I will never know how to repay you for your kindness, n time. I've been lacking the spirit of Christmas these days and you helped me get some back!!! Thank you so much!! Btw it didnt stick either but you tried lol
