“I picked up a 12” crack to my windshield on the highway. I was visiting from out of town and called after my family recommended the shop. True to their word, no appointment needed, it took 3 minutes for the lovely attendant to stop the crack and No charge. To my surprise they said no charge as they hadn’t fixed the crack but only stopped it. A few days and several hundred km later, the fix is holding fine. I will not be rushing to replace the windshield for awhile. I super appreciate the service and highly recommend Novus. By the way, one of the parking lot places quoted $155 for the same fix. I’m pleased to see there is a location in Calgary. Will be sure to check it out.
