We went to the store to ask what we need to buy to prepare for our first baby. Bev went above and beyond to explain the different things we can do to prepare. She was super helpful and personable! Great customer service!

Would not accept gift card. Stated that their "system was down" they disappointed my 8 year old daughter and matter of factly stood there like it was fine she wasnt getting her toy. Literally the exact opposite of what i would expect of a toy store. Dont want to come back but they already got the money from the gift card when it was purchased so i have to come back just to ensure that they dont get 50 dollars for nothing

Staff are friendly and efficient. Product wasn't as loud as I needed it to be. No fault of the stores, so 5 stars for service.

We stopped by Toys R Us in Regina while visiting family and friends. We were looking to get our toddler son a balance bike as his early birthday gift. The store manager, Ellen, was extremely helpful. She showed us where they were and explained the differences between them all, as well as gave us input from what other customer's have had to say about them. We would definitely return to this location on future visits because of this amazing service!

Ordered a stroller July 31st. First of all it was on sale and the delivery date worked out great for when I needed it by. Needless we had an item delivered a business day earlier than expected which was nice but unfortunately it was a play pen instead of the our stroller. I called to ask when we would be recieving our stroller and that we had recieved a play pen we didn't order. I was told that it would be 3-5 business days to recieve a return label. After I recieved this label I was to send it back and call in with the tracking number. Then the company will send out our item we ordered and are now going to be waiting for, for roughly around 2-3 weeks after we send the item back the company sent us instead of ours. This is unacceptable. Needless to say we won't be purchasing any other items from this company. This protocol is ridiculous. If the company is so concerned over a $100.00 play pen and people not returning it while the item needed is sent out. If the wrong item sent out original isn't sent back just charge the customers credit card. It is on file!!!!Extremely unhappy with this company.
