Very disappointed...It was my first time dealing with Alvey Automotive, and I'm afraid it will be my last. I took my vehicle there for an oil change. I felt this was a good way to find out how good their service is. The reviews suggest it's excellent. The quality of the work was likely adequate, but the price was VERY high. They charged me $186.48 (with taxes) for a basic oil change in my SUV using synthetic oil. Being shocked by the cost, I phoned a few other places for comparison, including Great Canadian Oil Change and the dealership. The most expensive of them was $118.77 (with taxes). Alvey's was 57% more expensive than the next most expensive place!!

We have trusted Alveys Automotive a few rimes now. They were reasonably priced, knowledgeable, friendly and timely.I have recommended their shop to a few other friends and they have left happy with Alveys too! Everyone needs a mechanic they can trust!

Marty is awesome. Very straightforward, fair, honest and I'm incredibly happy with the work done on my front end and timing belt. My car feels brand new. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Service is great but way better if you bring an extra double double for the 7 foot elvis. They have honey for cash only, still have no idea where they keep the bees. They used to have a cat named Bert but he flew away years ago although his legend lives on in the hearts of young children that play amongst the oil drums in the back.

My 2018 VW Atlas needed a new battery. Taylor VW disappointed me saying they were full for the next week. Called Alvey and they worked me in the next day, reset the car's computer for a new battery. All done by lunch time. Big thanks to Marty at Alvey Auto!!

After having a few concerning fault codes show up and then resolve on their own shortly after, I had called to get the vehicle looked at to ensure there were not critical underlying issues. I spoke with Marty who was able to get me in asap and within the same day I dropped the vehicle off had it back to me with all my concerns addressed and issues resolved.
