Even though we have a Home Hardware in town here, we always enjoy doing our business here, when we are in Outlook. The staff always greets us as we enter the doors, they welcome Buddy with open arms, and maybe a treat in the palm too!

I moved to Outlook for the summer with my family, and on my very first day I broke my one and only key for my ignition on my car. I immediately panicked, sure that there was no possible way I could get in fixed in town. But sure enough, Richard's Home Hardware was able to take my 2 broken pieces and cut me a new one in 5 minutes. I took a quick look around the store and was happily surprised at the amount of stock and really good prices. I will be supporting this local business for as long as I live here. Thanks again!
