The older lady at self check out was rude to elderly man, he was wondering what scanner was open. She was treating him like he didn’t know how to use the self checkout, honestly the way she was treating him I didn’t like to see. Disgusting and horrible for your store. Should honestly bring back all the cashiers and give people their jobs back ?

It's always stressful going shopping but when I'm welcomed there by the most sincere and genuine indigenous greeter from the right side doors, I really feel at ease. He's so nice and happy always a big smile on his face, what an amazing job he does there! Great job walmart!

Went in at 8:30am, not a single cashier working. Only self checkout. Not interested in shopping somewhere that does not employee cashiers. No advantage to shopping here over ordering from Amazon or from manufacturer direct.

I bought a 4 burner barbeque with side burner from North Battleford Walmart for $248, a great deal compared with other retailers. It works great. I’m very pleas Ed with it. In assembling it I thought the gas valve for the side burner was missing. The head office customer service was unhelpful but I went back into North Battleford to Customer Service. The lady at the desk couldn’t help me but she called another employee, and help he did. He thought the valve might be stashed up under the barbeque because he had the same model of barbeque. He invited me to the barbeque department where he verified the model I had purchased. He pulled a new one off the shelf opened it and showed me where the valve was stowed. He did not have to do that. It didn’t look the same as my barbeque. He said I can bring my purchase back if the valve isn’t in mine. We struck a deal. I would drive back to the lake where I live and if the valve isn’t there I would bring the barbeque back. He was right but my valve was stuckup underneath and tangledwith some gas lines underneathand I had to take a panel out to get at it.The barbeque works great. Every store should have a guy like this in customer service! He was friendly, polite, helpful andwent out of his way to help, and he saved the store a lost purchase and saved the store from having to deal with a barbeque returned as non-functional/incomplete. He is a star employee in my books!

I was in the beauty supply part of the store today, and this older lady who works there was so kind made me feel good about myself and brought good service. Telling me that I’m beautiful as who I am and I don’t need make up and as an 18 yr old who always has self doubt I want to leave this here for how good her service was and for how she treats people. She has a beautiful soul I’ll say so myself and we need more people like her. I hope one of the managers or someone higher sees this and does something good for her!! Today shopping in the beauty part was heart warming because of her ?

Absolutely LOVE the grocery pick up options! I gave used it 3 times now and as a mom, I find it very helpful! If you order something and they don't have it, they substitute it with something else similar for no extra price! And they definitely check with you before you take your groceries that you're okay with your substitutions as well. Very helpful!

Please Walmart explain to me your logic...You create these self checkouts but only open the 20 items or less side?Then you only open one till for the rest of the people who have full carts!You know, considering you are such a huge corporation why is it you can't have enough cashier's?Maybe if you paid a decent living wage and not just the bare minimum you might have more candidates to choose from.Thoughts from a frustrated customer still waiting in line...
