We are from Kimberley BC and coincidentally have had electrical problems with our truck/30' holiday trailer near North Battleford both last and this year. Last year a local RV dealer we contacted suggested we call Valley Ridge for help and did so. Not only did they accommodate us right away, they identified and fixed our problem within an hour. This year with a different electrical problem, I called them direct while travelling and they suggested I try a few things first and if that didn't work, to bring it in. Didn't work so we took it in and we were fixed up and headed on to Manitoba within an hour and a bit - big relief! I do very very few reviews but they earned and deserve this one with our thanks --- 5 star expertise and 5 star customer care --

A huge thank you to Dennis and Betty for diagnosing and repairing our ORV Timber Ridge travel trailer with the cambered rear axle. They got in as soon as the axle arrived and worked late and very early the following morning to get us back on the road. Betty had suggestions of where to stay and helped with another small issue we had. They are both so very helpful and knowledgeable.
The google map is wrong, they were hacked. Look up North Battleford Strength and Conditioning and they are right beside them on the WEST side of town.

Valley Ridge saved us when the leaf spring on our trailer broke. We were fortunate to have same day service and the friendliest people that made our day! Would also highly recommend their friends at Vista Towing - excellent service and very fairly priced from both companies. Thank you all!?

To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Running a busy schedule with SaskSport we got stranded in Meota. Valley Rudge we're able to find us two new axles and get us back on our summer schedule without any time lost. We cannot thank them enough!!

My driver went through a DOT inspection and need to change out a taillight on the trailer, it was the style that had the rivets called absolutely everywhere in North Battleford for a service truck and could not find one anywhere my driver called here and they sent out one of the office ladies with a drill and a tail light for my driver to get him going again absolutely amazing service coming from here if you need somewhere that’s gonna take care of the customers this is the place

Traveling from Cleveland Ohio to Fairbanks Alaska, I had a trailer brake seize up... And boil the grease, which caught fire and destroyed the bearings. The axle was damaged by the fire, as became clear after limping back to North Battleford.The crew at Valley was able to repair the damage to make it useable (saving me 2+ weeks of waiting for a replacement axle).Myron is friendly and great to work with, he does a great job of explaining what needs done and how it was accomplished, and got me back on the road the next day.This review written in Alaska - the repairs held along the *rough* roads of the Alcan Highway!!!
