What a poor customer service. Staff was racist, specially that old lady. Seriously Sportchek need to give all these girls and ladies proper training one more time. Moreover, they all are behaving like someone is forcing them to work there like they have 0 intention to serve customers.Please give more training specially to that old lady or maybe if she don’t want to work more just tell her to sit at home. When I asked her about something she rudely replied just wait for a girl who is working there , thats not my section . Oh come on even if its not your section you should know how to talk with customers. Never gonna shop here again.

The customer service is very poor , they don’t explain anything before they sell any products and then the supervisor or mangager on September 23rd at 5.15 pm when I went their they were so grouchy and loud while they were explaining things , If there are things which they customer can’t return they should better explain the policy , they should be properly trained the staff, it’s so inconvenient..

Went shopping for a new coat but staff were not available to help. So I browsed the store. Couldnt find anything I wanted so left the store. Suddenly a staff member appeared chasing us down the mall corridor and accusing me of stealing a jacket, then another staff member came and accused me of putting merchandise in my bag, then proceeded to accuse me of setting off the alarm. When we were already out of the store and far away when it did go off, due to an employee passing by with merchandise by the way. Made us go back into the store, searched our bags and found nothing. Very unpleasant thing to go through with my young sister. So do not recommend if you're indigenous you will get accused of stealing, racially profiled, searched etc.

The staff had very little to no product knowledge and were very very rude to my wife. We will never shop here again and I will make sure everyone I know us aware of the treatment given my wife who is anew immigrant to Canada.. Shame on thus business
