North Battleford Hyundai is far and above the most crooked, dishonest shop I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with, giving customers lists of repairs on vehicles that don’t need them and refusing to cover it under extended warranty, simple word of advice, don’t even take a wheelbarrow to them.

From the moment I set foot in the showroom, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable process.A special shoutout goes to my sales manager, Lakshay, who truly made my car-buying experience exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Tucson and patiently answered all my questions. Lakshay even went the extra mile by personally picking me up from Saskatoon and made sure I had everything I needed to get my new vehicle on the road, including helping me acquire the license plate from SGI. His professionalism and customer-focused approach truly stood out, and I am grateful for his assistance throughout the process.Moreover, I was warmly welcomed by the whole staff, including Jeff and Nicole, who made me feel like part of the dealership's family. When I checked in with the service desk, I found at least 6 of us had appointments for 8am. There was only one person at the desk to deal with all of us. The person at the end of this lineup was the most frustrated!The complimentary car wash was a nice gesture, but the results were bad. Water spots over entire car. It appeared as though the car had been washed with dirty water.The actual service to the car was completed in a timely manner, the shuttle was quick and we can hope the work done was not a reflection of the rest of the service.(Does make me wonder!)

Had oil change done. Informed about what needs to be replace which is under warranty. Parts is order appointment to have it fixed has been made. Very friendly staff who made me feel comfortable. I’ve always have good conversations with the staff.

Melinda treated me really well and prices were very reasonable. She is a very hard worker, has a great personality and is very knowledgeable and understanding when you ask her questions about your vehicle .It was my first experience with NB Hyundai and I will continue using there service. About a year ago I took my granddaughter to the Nissan Dealer in Saskatoon to buy a used car and we bought her a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The car was in immaculate condition , like new and six months later the motor died on her. Nissan would not do a dam thing for her. She was crying and didn’t know what to do, so I called the Manager at Hyundai in North Battleford and told him the problem we were having and he said to bring the car in and we will see what we can do. Well a couple days later he called me and said Hyundai is going to put a new motor in her car for no cost to her what so ever. My Granddaughter was crying again but this time it was a happy cry. When she went to pick up her car she bought donuts for everyone that worked at Hyundai… Thank so very much Hyundai !!! Your the best, Joseph (Lee) LeBlanc.
