I am so happy I was referred to speak with Andrea at K5 Insurance!! I am not the most knowledgeable about insurance and she made me feel so comfortable! She answered all my questions and was so supportive while I was trying to figure out what I needed! Such a great experience!!!

I dealt with Andrea at K5 In North Battleford. I found my exsperience to be pleasant she was so friendly and had me with an insurance policy on my house basically the.next day. I expected it to be a daunting exsperience but it actually turned out to be really great. I am really glad I chose to go to K5. I am super happy with my policy and also the exsperience I had with the people there.

The staff goes above and beyond. Reached out after hours and was still offered guidance. Management and staff are fantastic. Made a tougher situation into an easy one with their knowledge and helpful attitudes. As good of an experience as insurance can be.

I did purchase a house not a long time ago and I got an accident in the house. Andrea made all the efforts to take care of it. She is amazingly quick and she is always in touch no matter what.I know I can rely on her and this office for sure! Keep this way!

One of the worst things a person has to deal with in my opinion is making a claim on insurance.... Andrea made the whole process easy, and followed up with in minutes to any questions I had! Anyone looking for a great property insurance broker should give her a shout!

We moved back to Saskatchewan from Alberta a few years ago and we decided to go to K5 for no real reason. We were there getting everything transfered over and there were some struggles finding me in the database being as I was originally born in sask and licensed in sask, It would wave the PST we were being told we had to pay on our vehicles. For some reason I could not be found in the system but Andrea calmed us down, asked us to give her some time and she wiuld give us a call, she worked really hard did some more digging and she found me! We are so thankful for her hard work as it saved us a mini meltdown and alot of money! lol Our service has always been fantastic and we are happy with the decision we made to go there in the first place as we have always been treated so well when we go in or call in for any reason at all. We really enjoy the personal experience we get dealing with the crew at K5!!!
