After having a terrible experience with the online customer service people, and the staff from a store in another market, I went to my local store for help.Walked right in, the staff knew exactly what was going on, and was prepared to help in any way they could.Absolutely night and day compared to the service I was provided from the online staff and other store.

Susan was my salesperson at The Brick when I went looking for a new washing machine. She made the whole experience very comfortable, she was not pushy and was very kind. She was patient with me when I was having a difficult time making a decision, took her time to show me all kinds of options within my price range and was knowledgable about the different brands and their durability. She helped me choose a payment plan that was right for me and made sure I understood what I needed to do. She prepared me for the delivery and was clear about what I needed to do to prepare. This was my first time independently making a purchase like this and I knew the whole time I was in good hands. Would recommend asking for her to anyone and will ask for her personally next time I need to make a purchase.
