A staff member named CARE was rude to me all morning and she didn't have any patience at all.
She said I had an ear problem and that's why she was yelling at me. But the truth is, she asked me a question twice and I didn't catch her, that's all. Then she got so mad and yelling. In addition, she talked something about me behind my back with her coworkers and rolled her eyes several times, which made me very uncomfortable. I was bullied to the point of crying. I'm going to complain to her manager and see how they handle it. This is the first time I've ever gone to TD and encountered a situation like this. I hope you guys can protect yourselves and don't let her bully you anymore.

Pretty damned sad when TD bank customers can not access the ATMs when the bank is closed, have to drive elsewhere, and pay other banks ATM fees to withdraw our $$.Guess they want 20+ year customers to change banks.

Horrible service. 2 tellers after the long weekend. Teller spent half an hour on one client and another client butted in line. I ended up walking out after spending 25 mins in line.

I live in the country and am not able to get to the bank during business hours and every time i get to MJ to do banking they are closed they could at very least have ATMs outside of the bank, if this doesn't change soon i will be closing my account

TD at moose jaw is okay, they try always to answer my questions and quick to resolve them. An online Staff, Jamie was an Amazing Customer Service representative. I was impressed the way I was responded to. Thanks a bunch for making me feel at home.

I had some troubles with my account between funds and technology and needed assistance in trying to sort out a withdrawal issue. The staff were very helpful and understanding about it, they took the time to explain to me how the issue came up, where the misunderstanding was, and how to avoid it next time. They were very kind, friendly and respectful about it. I really appreciated that.

Dec.12 I was in line around noon. There we're 2 tellers, the line went as deep as 14 clients+ 2 that was being served at the time. The younger teller served 3-4 clients already while the other was still on the same client. It appears to me that it's a multiple transaction, alright but what I don't get is, the line is 14 deep and the teller have time to discuss Christmas shopping and gifts and events with the client. I was so frustrated and left. No Stars. ????
