Absolutely horrible, tried to shop local and will never darken those doors again! From the salesman, who turned out to be the owner, who was more concerned with the next sale than with mine, to the sales lady that phoned me back to address my concerns that was rude and dismissive! Then there was the fact they forgot to deliver our purchase for not one or two times but three times! And the only thing I asked for was an apology from the owner, did I get that, nope. The only highlight from this store were the delivery guys, they were awesome!

I bought a bunch of furniture there last fall, and when the delivery drivers left I noticed a chip on one of the drawrs in a fireplace/tv stand. I went in to tell them what was damadged, they told me to take a picture of it and email it to them and I would get a new drawer. its been one year and iv called 3 times, I spent almost 7 thousand dollars that day and this is the treatment I got, btw I spent around 1900 just on the damaged item alone. do not give these crooks your money!

I love this store & the great sales people that run it! Bought a mattress from them in the fall & got great service from the salesroom to the delivery! I’m going back to get a new couch for my living room! The staff treats everyone respectfully! They will go the extra mile to help you find just the right piece of furniture!

I bought my first couch here for my new apartment, the guys there were so awesome and very helpful in what I wanted. I got to talk about moving to Moose Jaw from New Brunswick and they were very interested in my life and just overall get people! And free delivery for in town and the delivery guys were super nice with the couch and putting it exactly where I wanted it!

Just moved to Caronport from Ontario and my sons, who live in Moose Jaw, directed us to McKarr's Furniture and we are very glad they did. Great shopping experience, great service. I ordered certain mattresses and correct ones did not come in, however, the ones that did were a step above what I had ordered and they gave them to me at no extra cost....now that to me is above and beyond customer services. Looking for funiture, this is the place to go.....
