First off I didn't have a problem with Moose Jaw. I was having problems with a shipment at FedEx Grand Forks ND coming up from the US..I will never ship with them again. They failed to notify me or my shipper of a policy for international ground shipping. This policy does not exist for air shipment which cost up to 10x higher. After hours speaking with very polite customer service reps I couldn't get a straight answer. "What is delaying my package?". Then "Why my shipment was turned back to the shipper".I recommend asking for a manager immediately and not waiting for a call back if you have any problems. To put it simply, this company has no class.

Easy drop of with no problems...but they could use more staff to handle the lineup.

I never received my package. They told me they tried to deliver it multiple times with no success, but they never even made it to the city. FedEx is the worst company & I will never be ordering through them again. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would.
