“Had to go in an see Jessica on Saturday to fix some issues. As they are only available by appointment on Saturdays untill Jan 17th 2026 for new teller training. She let me in without an appointment and did all she could to help with my banking issues. So for everyone's clarity on Saturday you must pre-book an appointment to do any banking, ATMs are available as usual.”

“Maybe its just bad luck for some people, but if you want bad service go to bmo where they tell you to move your money because you are asking questions, hang up on you, don't do their job when it comes to your mortgage( won't send it money for land taxes) likes its literally a disaster at all bmo branches. Scotia bank and this branch have been nothing but helpful, I love their information desk everyone is so knowledgeable so don't let the reviews scare you not everyone has the same experience. I review alot of places and only give good reviews to those who deserve it.”
