She sat on the phone with me for 15 minutes helping me find the part I needed even though they didn't have it in stock she ran the part numbers and searched other suppliers to help me find the part to fix my problem. “If I could give more stars I would have. We were the lucky recipients of a hit and run and was given a date by SGI almost 2 months away in the middle of a -45° cold snap. We were unable to get a hold of SGI but one call to Kelly at bobs was all it took. He came he looked at the car, he got the ball rolling for us, he got the car in to be fixed in days and gave us a loaner van! In a very unfortunate situation it was so great to be taken care of the way bobs auto body did. 100% recommend them.Services: Painting”
