Came in at noon, guy behind the counter was sitting on the counter and was staring at his phone the entire time he rang my purchase threw. Came back that night to buy a drink and again he was sitting on the counter, using milk crates as a foot rest, never said a word just scanned the drink and continued staring at his phone the entire time (phone never left his hand)

Great to have a store like this in town, expensive though. A lot to choose from for treats and junk food, there is tons of drinks etc also. If the price was better I'd give it 5 star.

Had a young female Asian who would not let me buy a chocolate bar. Then her and the manager tried to accuse me of stealing one even though my bank statement shows me buying one from the other till worker after she gave up on the witchcraft that didn't work in her issue w me for whatever reason. No solution offered by 7/11.

First time I bought a Xbox card from this location, they didn’t activate it, we tried to bring it back but was told we had to call the number on the card, fine no problem, just made a mental note to not purchase gift cards from this location, until this Xmas my son purchased a card from here and had the same problem, took it back and was told the same thing. Do not purchase gift cards from here!!! They never activate them and will help deal with the matter!!! Train your staff to know how to deal and sell these gift cards or don’t sell them!!!????????????

My sister and I walked in pretty late the other night and you’d expect most staff to be exhausted by that time of night however if you walk in and ever get the true honour of meeting a staff member named Ryan you will get the best customer service you have ever had at any 711. He goes above and beyond from helping you decide when u can’t choose which late night snacks to pick from when there’s just so many ???? to just a genuinely friendly conversation!! He makes the 711 in Martensville one of my favourite places to go ???? so thank you Ryan!!

the actual 7-11 was just a regular 7-11. this review is for Ken. im pretty sure it's Ken im bad with names. he was working the night shift on Aug 5. Ken set the standard. you can always tell when some enjoys their job and not only does he seem to enjoy it but he is excellent at it. I know it seems insignificant that the 711 cashier was awesome but it isn't. He was polite and genuine, cared about my small shopping experience, made sure I got the deals with the stuff I was getting and packed my snacks perfectly for my drive home. i just wish I loved closer so I could experience Ken's amazing customer service regularly.

there's 1 guy, really fun and lively, super personable and eager to see and make the customer a friend... I don't see him enough. then there's the rest of them. everyone else has less personality than the self checkout at coop. the "hello, welcome to 711" is said with the same enthusiasm as I have when I have to change my daughter's diaper. and when you get to the till it's the same every time, "is that all? do you have a 711 number? would you like some hot food?". no smile, no personality. sometimes I want to change my answer to one of those to see what over rehearsed line they would utter just loud enough for me to know they're still awake. that one guy though! amazing! you'll know him as soon as you see him. 2 stars thanks to that dude

Sold me nachos. Didn't bother telling me he had no cheese until after he sold it to me and then told me too bad. Would rather drive to saskatoon than come here. Rude staff.
