“Karen and her staff always go above and beyond. They have the best selection of denim around. I like a good quality denim and the brands in the store are like butter. The customer service is outstanding. The last time I was there she was out of a size of black pant I really wanted and she searched everywhere to try and find one in my size. Unfortunately the distributor was sold out and wasn’t making more but she tried her best! And on a personal note: when I was looking for dresses for my mother and father’s funerals monamie was where I found just the right dress for each one. I was met with kindness and warmth and she added just the right amount of encouragement and space while my friend and I shopped for each dress knowing my difficult situation. She was very respectful and I can’t thank her enough for those times. Love all the brands and the personalized service. Thanks Karen and her team!”
