For a bank conducting business in a modern society, the operating hours here are terrible. 8:30 to 4? Most of us work 8-5 as a minimum. The most recent experience involved losing simple paperwork, being asked to come back when it's ready again (off the printer I guess), and then not being contacted about if for a full business week. I'm moving my business to the city. Better times, better plans, better service.
