I have very bad experience with this company. I filed my hail damage claim here. They fixed just few things and after fixed they told me we will call you later to fix other things but now i ask to fix up my car then they told me you have to wait 2 more years that’s not good because i already paid deductible. And also one more thing, i leave my car here when i filed a claim and when after week i picked my car and i saw one damage on my front right side of the bumper on the next day i showed to the supervisor and the lady who is working in the body shop she replied me nothing about that. And they didnt send full claim to SGI they just sent 50 percent photos not more than that. I also tried to call to the owner he told me body shop will call you but i received nothing call from body shop.

I am very dissatisfied with the service. I applied for repairs on my car after the storm. I have an appointed time. The car stayed with them for four days and they did nothing and made them pay money in advance for repairs. It's been three months and I haven't even had my windshield replaced.

It started out a bit of an issue with an extended warranty problem. The staff in service handled it very well. Explained the process clearly, got the issue fixed and I was on my way in a timely matter. Left totally satisfied with the whole process. Highly recommend service department at Senchuck Ford.

Went to the dealership to get turbo replaced on my 3.5 L ecoboost. Once it was replaced I picked up my truck as I started it u could visibly see exhaust leaking from the engine bay and could hear a horrific exhaust leak as well as the turbo. Went back the next day told them about and they ordered another Y pipe and fixed it for free. Picked up truck could still hear turbo whining but exhaust leak was gone. 2 days later exhaust leak re appears as bad as the day they supposedly “fixed” it. Went back to the dealership and tell me that where the y pipe connects to the catalytic converter there is a crack and they need to get me a quote to replace it. I also believe that they over torqued the hell out of the y pipe connecting to the catalytic converter causing it to crack and the reason I believe is because when they started doing turbo work they had to take the front passenger tire off than re torque the lug nuts when putting tire back on but when I went to rotate my tires in my garage at home the back tire came off fine with an impact but the front lug nuts wouldn’t even come off with an impact and one of the studs snapped when trying to take it off which is why I believe when they retorqued the y pipe to the catalytic converter they cracked it and won’t own up to it. Anyways they said with the next quote they would try and take some money off the bill but only took $500 off and I would still have to pay $2100 which I can not afford after replacing my turbo for $2800. I will never ever get my vehicle fixed at senchuk ford again and I will never buy a truck or car from them no matter how good of a deal they might try to sell me on.

Small town service you cant beat. Came in from Edmonton Area to find my axle seal leaking. Senchuk not only got me in to diagnose, they also replaced the seal. Saving me from dealing with the Big City booking in 3 to 4 weeks ahead.
