Everything is locked up and no one to help you. If you do find anyone to help you they have to call somone else because they can't help you. I will never spend another dime there. If I need anything from a Canadian Tire I'll drive to Weyburn.

Drive into town from 30 minutes away to buy a cordless grinder. Activated all my triangle rewards so I could get the maximum CT money. Said they had 3 in store on the app. Go to the store. After standing there for 20 minutes the CSR comes out, shrugs her shoulders, says we can't find it. Seriously? If you don't have it update your inventory. Wasted 30 bucks in gas and an hour and a half of my time. I've spent literally thousands in this store. Weyburn can have my business. It's only 15 minutes further. Thanks for nothing, and poor customer service.

Helpfull staff,nice to see!But lately I bought a certain product, got it home and it was broken,exchanged it opened it same thing, broken. So staff did a refund.

Asked for assistance from an employee and was denied help due to a package being sealed and refused to assist so I left and went to Home Hardware and they assisted over and above.
