Called to see if they had specific tires in stock. Spoke with Wayne. Gave him the tire size and SKU. He came back on the line from having me on hold and said "Can't help you. Bye." and disconnected. Terrible customer service and certainly won't be getting mine or my family's business.

Arrived at 10 am in need of two trailer tires and was turned away saying “we’re fully booked for the day” meanwhile not much visibly going on.I’m sorry but no such thing as a tire shop requiring an appointment last I checked. It’s first come first serve!

Had a flat tire owner told me it would be 6 days before they could fix it.
Wednesday they could fix it till next Tuesday was about a 10 to 15 min job to change out the tire and rim.
They will never get my business with that management.

Had a tire repair done on my kenworth a few days later the patch falls off. So not only more down time but he charges me 117 bucks to fix it for the second time. I'm n not a big customer I've only bought 2 set of steer tires and 8 drives in 2 years but the way Wayne the owner blew me off was proof positive that he doesn't give a Damm about my business. I'll never be back to the carnduff location.
