I've purchased from Battlefords furniture in the past and have found service and products great, And had no issues.
A couple years ago had purchased a palliser couch and loveseat during the pandemic. I didn't mind paying more for quality, however shortly after my purchase I noticed the poor quality. I've contacted them with no response. Today I look at the quality of this product and feel frustrated. There is so much noticeable wear on the seats of this product. Not sure if quality was worse in anything made during the pandemic. Feeling disappointed.

Very pleased with our beautiful kitchen table set and display cabinet. They delivered that kitchen table set on the very same day we bought it within two hours.Kudos also to the service team as we bought a bedroom set from another store which could not honour its installation promise and Shane from Battleford furniture stepped up to assemble it for us instead. Shane even pointed out shipping damage to one of the pieces of the set and offered to come for free to do the install of the replacement piece when it ships. Above and beyond.
